LUKOIL AVANTGARDE PROFESSIONAL XLE advantages have been evaluated by another long-distance trucks manufacturer. The oil has confirmed its compliance with the strict requirements of the new specification, which require reliable engine protection against wear and strong oxidation resistance.

Kirill Vereta has been appointed as the new General Director of LLK-International (LUKOIL Lubricants Company).

​In order to offer the best possible lubricant solutions in the years leading up to 2020 and beyond, LUKOIL Marine Lubricants launched NAVIGO MCL Extra, a 40 BN marine cylinder oil for distillate, ultra-low Sulphur fuel oil (<0.1% S) and low Sulphur heavy fuel oil applications.​

​​June 2016 — Already known as technology leaders for 100 BN cylinder oil, LUKOIL Marine Lubricants has focused research and development activities during the last two years on enhancing its standard crankcase and cylinder oil portfolio and is now introducing the newly formulated NAVIGO 6 CO crankcase oil and NAVIGO 70 MCL AW cylinder oil. With newly designed additive packages both products offer additional benefits with regard to thermal and oxidation stability, corrosion prevention and wear protection.​

With the continued success of LUKOIL Marine Lubricants and the ever growing demand upon us to supply lubricants, we have recently launched an additional supply barge named ​​‘LUKOIL Marine’.​

​​​December 2015 — United Arab Shipping Company (UASC) a leading container shipping line and the Dubai-based marine lubricant specialist LUKOIL have signed a lubricant supply agreement covering vessels from UASC’s advanced newbuilding programme.​

​​On the 19th October 2015 individuals, organisations and companies from across the Middle East, Africa and the Indian Subcontinent maritime and shipping industry, gathered at the Joharah Ballroom at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai to see LUKOIL Marine Lubricants announced as the winner of the ‘Technical Innovation Award’ for its iCOlube® system. This was made even more rewarding as it is the first time that a lubricant supplier has won an award at this prestigious event.​
